The Guesthouse at Sudarshan Chemicals, Roha

Sudarshan started making pigments in 1952 with a small range of inorganic pigments. Since then, the company has expanded to offer many products like traditional azo pigments, high-quality pigments, special effect pigments, and pigment mixes.

An interesting observation was made near the manufacturing plant's guesthouse; the pigments utilized within the facility seemed to subtly impart a pinkish hue to the surrounding structures. To counter this effect, natural materials were incorporated into the space's design, ultimately influencing its aesthetic direction.

Positioned in the proximity of the plant, the guesthouse and its encompassing landscape serve as a tranquil retreat within the bustling factory premises. Originally intended to provide a haven for relaxation after a strenuous workday, guests have attested to the overall peacefulness of the environment. To cater to increasing demands, the existing guesthouse underwent renovations to accommodate additional rooms while retaining its serene ambiance..
